Hi, I’m Eileen, the founder of earthgirl.ie. I’ve always had a passion for biology, nutrition, and how the body works. Even as a child, I was fascinated by food, health, and the power of nature—and always on the lookout for the next superfood.
I spent over twenty years working in a community-based IT training centre, where I discovered just how much I love working with people. That experience, combined with a lifelong interest in natural health, led me to study Nutrition and Iridology at the Irish School of Herbal Medicine, where I earned my diploma and became a qualified nutritionist.
As part of my consultations, I use iridology as a powerful tool to help assess what’s going on in the body. It allows me to see inherited strengths, areas of imbalance, and deeper patterns that support a more personalised and whole-body approach to wellness.
