At earthgirl.ie, we take great care in preparing your products in small batches using only the finest natural ingredients. Your satisfaction is important to us. If there’s an issue with your order, we’re here to help.

Returns

If your item arrives damaged or you believe there is a fault, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at eileen@earthgirl.ie. Kindly include your order number and, if possible, a clear photo of the issue.

Due to the nature of our health products, we are unable to accept returns on opened or used items for hygiene and safety reasons. Please don’t hesitate to reach out with any questions before purchasing.

Refunds

Refunds may be issued under the following conditions:

  • You received an incorrect item
  • The product was damaged in transit
  • The item is faulty upon arrival

In such cases, we can offer a full refund, a replacement, or store credit, based on your preference.

Non-Returnable Items

We are unable to offer refunds or accept returns for:

  • Opened or used products
  • Items returned after 14 days
  • Change-of-mind purchases
